CrystFEL
CrystFEL is a suite of programs to process data from "serial crystallography" experiments.
Software developed or co-developed in the scope of the DAPHNE4NFDI consortium
The DAPHNE4NFDI consortium aims at exploiting the digital transformation with its new possibilities, tools and infrastructures for the purpose of joint high-level, rapid data analysis, re-usability of data and data repositories and thus the common development of a FAIR research data management.
DAPHNE4NFDI engages directly with the photon and neutron science user community to develop user-driven data solutions advancing science experiments. Within this mission, the provision of DAPHNE4NFDI-developed open-source software accompanied by comprehensive documentation and state-of-the-art deployment services is one of the keys to data re-usability.

DAMNIT (Data And Metadata iNspection Interactive Thing) is a tool developed by the Data Analysis group at the European XFEL to provide users with a way to automatically create an overview of their experiment, hopefully replacing the manually-created spreadsheets that are often used.
Reflectorch is a Python package for the analysis of X-ray and neutron reflectivity data using Pytorch-based neural networks. It provides fast simulation of reflectometry curves by GPU, parameterization via YAML configuration files, and prior-aware training.
