BaSiC is a tool designed to correct the background and shading of optical microscopy images. It is available both as MATLAB code and as an ImageJ/Fiji plugin.

License

The project is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International Public License. It is available for academic use for free, but for commercial use, you would need to contact the developers.

Installation
