anvi'o

Anvi'o is an open-source software platform for microbial 'omics research enabling analysis and visualization of 'omics data. In development since 2014, it is currently being maintained by the Ecosystem Data Science group at the Helmholtz Institute for Functional Marine Biodiversity.

Anvi'o supports integrated and interactive analysis of sequence-based 'omics data, from pangenomics and metagenomics to metabolic reconstruction and tRNA sequence analysis. It includes over 150 modular programs that can be mixed and matched into analysis workflows for specific research questions, a web browser-based interface for interactive exploration of datasets, and a friendly user community.
