Description

𖠊 LabFrog is a configurable python-Flask application for structured data capture and exploration. Use LabFrog to:

  • Define experiment setups and configuration states.
  • Save reusable form templates for faster app setup and later re-use.
  • Enter experimental parameters and setup configuration, add read-back values, and annotate with definable tags and free-text comment, all on a per-shot base.
  • Explore and query data directly in the interface.

Streamlining Experimental Data Entry and Review

LabFrog (formerly Shotsheet) was developed for the HZDR Draco laser teams to simplify and standardize data workflows, allowing:

  • Per-shot or per-set experiment configuration and metadata capture
  • Reusable, customizable form templates
  • Integrated data exploration and MongoDB access for analysis
